NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO TOWN OF LAKE GEORGE CALDWELL SEWER DISTRICT SEWER MAIN

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Lake George Town Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to Section 202-b of New York Town Law at the Lake George Town Center, 20 Old Post Road, Lake George, New York, at 6:15 p.m., on December 10, 2018 to hear all persons interested in the proposed improvement of a portion of the Caldwell Sewer District sewer main located along the eastern shore of Lake George as  described below, and to take such other and further action as may be required or authorized by law. The proposed improvements will include, but will not be limited to, CCTV of approximately 2,000 LF of existing 8″ sewer main, installing cured-in-place liners in the sewer main and associated site restoration at work areas (the “Project”), including related preliminary and incidental costs. The estimated cost of the Project is $200,000. The location of the Project is along the eastern shore of Lake George between Front Street and the shoreline.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE  that  all persons  interested in this  subject  will be heard at this time and place.
