AVAILABILITY OF TOWN OF LAKE GEORGE DRAFT 2023 ANNUAL REPORT FOR MUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER SYSTEMS (MS4)

ACTION: Notice of Availability of Draft 2023 MS4 Annual Report

SUMMARY: The Director of Planning and Zoning for the Town of Lake George is providing a notice of availability of the Draft 2023 Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Annual Report for the Town of Lake George. The development of an Annual Report is a requirement of the MS4 General Permit issued by the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and the Town of Lake George’s Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP).

DATES: The Draft 2023 MS4 Annual Report shall be posted on Friday May 12th, 2023, and will be available for public review until Monday June 12th, 2023. The MS4 Annual Report and any comments will be discussed at the Town Board meeting on June 12, 2023 for possible adoption.
