Town and Village of Lake George Workforce Housing Market Study
To ensure that the business environment of the Town and Village of Lake George remains viable and competitive, the Town has engaged Camoin Associates to complete a workforce housing market study. The goal of the study is to provide a detailed assessment of the seasonal and year-round workforce housing needs in Lake George and create actionable strategies to create the housing that meets the needs of the community's workforce today and into the future.
As part of the housing study process, Camoin is conducting an employer survey that will help identify workforce housing challenges and needs. The results of the survey will be aggregated and included in the final report. Individual responses will be kept confidential. To ensure confidentiality, surveys can be completed anonymously.
