On Monday June 27, at 6pm, in the Town Hall meeting room, the Village Board of Trustees will be hosting a Public Information Session (#1) regarding the Village Dissolution process, petition, and the soon-to-be-created "Interim Dissolution Study".

Topics to be discussed include "how we got here?", the Dissoution process, what does an Interim Study entail, what does a Dissolution Plan entail, next steps, and a Questions and Answers / Public comment period.

Because a petiion was submitted and a vote is imminent, the concern is now getting accurate information out to the Village voters before the Referendum vote date of September 13. This will be the first of several informational sessions to be held before a Public Hearing on the Interim Study.
